Pre-Construction Meetings
At RaW Solutions, we conduct mandatory pre-job construction meetings with the owner, contractor, sub contractors and suppliers, in-progress meetings and final project inspections. Job site inspections to assure quality can be scheduled depending on the needs of the client. Job site inspections can be daily, weekly or monthly. Progress reports and photo documents are provided with all inspections. Records of all meetings with members of the project construction team are recorded and archived. Our services include contract administration, verify and certify progress payments, verify materials are on site as specified and properly stored.

Final inspections with the roofing manufacturer technical
inspectors, including a review of any defects, corrective actions
taken, and re-inspections (if needed) with all project related
written communications are included in one final close-out
package.
