based on your needs and the complexity of your project.
The Technician will perform Quality Assurance on the
roofing project during construction. Daily field reports
will be submitted to the Owner explaining project
progress, change orders and cost additions or cost
deductions. This service can be performed on an hourly
or daily basis and includes the final punch list. A final
punch list will be generated and review of the
Manufacturer and Contractor warranty will be
completed prior to project close-out.
